30 Days Money-Back

Star Web Hosting provides a 30 Day Money-Back guarantee on all of our Shared and Reseller Hosting packages. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our service during the first 30 days of your sign up and we are unable to rectify any pending issue in a reasonable manner or timeframe for you, you are entitled to a refund of your initial payment.

Domains and VPS Servers are excluded from the 30 Day Money-Back guarantee. You may however continue to use your domain for the duration which you have registered it with Star Web Hosting.

All claims must be made within the first 30 days of sign up to our Billing Department.

99.9% Uptime

Star Web Hosting endeavors to maintain a minimum of 99.9% uptime for all clients, regardless of hosting package.

If your service drops below 99.9% uptime in any given month you will be credited with one free month. This must be claimed within 7 days of our monitoring dropping below this level.

Any planned maintenance work is except from this guarantee and will be ignored. VPS packages currently have no SLA.

Uptime level is calculated by our monitors only.

Only one valid claim can be made per calendar month.

Downtime occuring due to natural disasters or DDoS attacks against the network do not count towards the SLA calculations.
